Accounts exhibiting unusual patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct described above will be flagged for manual review. bge99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bge99 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before imposing an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month on dormant accounts with positive balances, after a 30-day notice period.
• Player request: players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.
• Self-exclusion: players who activate a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools will have their account access suspended for the duration of the exclusion.

Where an account is closed by bge99 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed as part of the closure process.
